Non-Catholic families may be interested in a faith-based education for their children, therefore, students not of the Catholic faith are also accepted. -

How to Apply
Welcome and thank you for your interest in St. Andrew's Regional High School.
Click to see the 2026-2027 tuition fees. Below is a check list of items required for enrollment to St. Andrew’s Regional High School.- Island Catholic Schools application (download the printable form to be completed by hand) or the fillable form (to be completed on your computer then printed)
- $100.00 non-refundable Application Fee
- Photo copy of the student’s most recent school progress report or report card
- Principal’s Recommendation Form (to be submitted to your current Principal)
- Family Statement of Commitment Form (to be submitted with the application form)
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Practicing Catholic Tuition Application (if applicable to be submitted with the application form)
- Documentation regarding legal residency if applicable
- Copies of any psychological, academic, speech or psychiatric assessments
- A recent photo of your child
Completed applications can be dropped off at the school or mailed.

The Application ProcessRegistration and Admission September 2022

Submit ApplicationOnce a completed application form and all supporting documentation is received the following process begins.

Assessment & InterviewAfter the Application Form, required supporting documentation, and application fee have been submitted, arrangements are made for an interview with the Principal or Vice Principal, the applicant and Parents/legal guardians.

AcceptanceFollowing the interview, and review of supporting documentation and assessments, applicants who are serious in their interest in St. Andrew’s are given consideration for admission. It is the school’s policy to advise prospective families of admission acceptance as soon as possible. Notification of acceptance is sent via letter. The School regrets that it may be unable to accommodate all of those who qualify for admission particularly in circumstances where the number of applicants exceeds the places available.
Non-Acceptance
When it is clear St. Andrew’s is not the right fit for the student, or will have difficulty being admitted because of limited space, prospective parents are immediately advised. These difficult decisions are made with careful consideration and with the best interest of the student in mind. If an applicant is not granted a place due to availability of space, the student will be automatically wait-listed and may be reconsidered in light of unexpected enrolment changes in the late spring and summer.

Deposit ChequeUpon acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of the first month’s tuition is required for families new to Island Catholic Schools. One month’s notice is required if a child is withdrawn from the school. If this notice is not received, an additional month’s tuition will be charged.

Financial Assistance

In order to assist families who cannot afford the full financial cost of an education at St. Andrew's Regional High School, financial assistance is a possibility.
We believe that your child’s future is important. The procedure for application is outlined within the form.The financial resources of this school are very limited. Except for the government grant, which represents about 40% to 50% of the school’s expenditures, the school’s income is based on tuition fees paid by the parents and some very limited donations by generous individuals.Following Christian values and teachings, we try to assist those who cannot afford to pay the regular school fees. As funds for financial assistance are always limited, we ask all applicants to consider all other forms of assistance. For example: assistance from grandparents and/or other relatives if at all possible. Only as a last resort should parents seek the school’s financial assistance.As funds available for assistance may vary from year to year, it is expected that applicants will apply each year that their child(ren) is in the school. The availability of funds will dictate the amount of assistance awarded for each child. It is the intention of the Financial Assistance Committee to assist the greatest number of students possible, therefore the financial assistance given may not be for the full amount requested on the application.Upon improvement of the applicant’s financial situation, he or she is expected to notify the Financial Assistance Committee. Failure to do so will result in the Committee rescinding any payment of the financial assistance.
